Unable to access Azure

Hi,
In the microsoft startup platform, where we have a sponsorship, I am not able to access Azure (see image attached) even though another member (admin) has access in it. My email account is rinamehmeti@Karima ben .co.uk. Thanks! Best, Rina

Looks like you already have an Azure account - The Azure free account is only available to new users and is limited to one per customerFrom the error message that you shared; it looks like you already have an Azure free account with your
hotmail.co.ukaccount.- Can you see if you can log into the Azure Portal?
- You mentioned having a sponsorship, were you invited to an Azure AD tenant, or is this a personal one you're trying to create/login to?
Any additional details would be greatly appreciated.
