the best course of action would be to try and recover your old email account by contacting the email service provider and following their account recovery process. Once you have access to your old email account, you can use it to log into your EA Sports account and update your email address to the new one. If you're unable to recover your old email account, you may need to contact EA Sports customer service again and provide as much information as possible about your account to verify your identity and regain access.
FIFA23 sent a verification code for my old account that i have not used in a while
i have my account on playstation network changed from my old email to the new one. somehow i assuemd that all games linked to the playstation can be still used through my new email. i was playing and it is all fine from that perspective, but when i tried to log in EA Sports (fifa23 fut app), it said that it looks like i dont have a fut club. after discussing and trying almost 8 times with EA customer service, they mentioned that my email linked to the old email and they cant link it to the new one unless i answer the questions they have for me. i tried my best to answer them, as i almost 14 or 15 when i created the ea account (basically since need for speed underground) and my email was 1 or 2 years before that too. now i am 36 years old and i cant really remember what did i miss in those questions. and i was advised to try and recover my old email. is there away you can help to solve this?
