Graph API Direct Routing

Hi,

since a week I'm experiencing serious issues with the use of the Graph API in order to get the direct routing Calls Log.

Currently I'm using in a web app three Graph APIs, specifically:

Until last week everything was working perfectly, but suddenly the API for the Direct Routing (third one in the list), apparently stopped working.
Every time I try to call the API I receive an error as response, either 503 (Service unavailable), 504 (Gateway Timeout) or Unknown Error.

I keep try for one week but I never got it working again, yesterdays I was able to get finally some response but the data were incomplete.

I'm wondering if there an issue with the Graph server or has something to do with my Tenant.

I tried yesterdays also with the Graph Explorer provided by Microsoft but same result.

I absolutely need to understand what is going on and get this API to start wrong again as soon as possible.

Best regards,
Fabrizio Fontana
