Cannot ping new Windows 10 Pro Computer.

Hello,

I have recently setup an NVR and network monitoring hardware on a client site. The NVR is an Axis unit, which is their software on a Windows 10 Pro machine. The network monitoring hardware (Domotz) monitors the online status of network equipment by pinging it. This Windows 10 PC will not respond to pings, no matter what I do. They are on separate VLANs, but the Domotz can ping all the cameras on the security VLAN, just not this PC. I can't fathom what else I could possibly do that could make it work as I've tried every possible online how-to I can find, including:

-Completely disabling the firewall

-Confirming the static IP settings are correct as far as mask, gateway, default router

-Enabling the File and Print Sharing Echo Request ICMP incoming rules in the firewall

-Everything else I could find

I tried to look at Wireshark and got completely overwhelmed by the number of packets going around. Looks like you need a degree to be able to use it.

Any help or pointers would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you,

Aaron.
