How to Map File Share "List folder Permission" and "Special Permission" with SharePoint Online permissions

Hi All

I am doing migration from File Share To SPO using sharegate tool. Below were the permissions mapping in sharegate tool, may i know what would be the target(SPO equivalent permission level for) mapping for List Folder permission and Special permission levels ...do we need take care of them separately ?

    Default permission levels are predefined sets of permissions that you can assign to individual users, groups of users, or security groups, based on the functional requirements of the users and on security considerations. SharePoint Server permission levels are defined at the site collection level and are inherited from the parent object by default.
