Can we earncertification through Learning Pathways?

Hello Everyone, Hope all are doing great in learning Microsoft Technologies through Microsoft Learn Platform, My Question is regarding its effectiveness for earning Microsoft Certifications and How we can have hands on practice for these technologies by volunteer participation in different projects?

    Not sure where you can volunteer in some projects.

    To prepare for certifications what I do is -

    • Go through the related MS Learn - Learning path and complete all the modules
    • Purchase some course on Udemy or use free learning platform - Pluralsight
    • Purchase practice test exam from Whizlabs site
    • Some hands on experience by creating small projects, exercise by myself
