Office 365 Word - Digital Certificate Signature Block

Question

Office 365 Microsoft Word - if I have a document that has a signature block (within a table in the document), is there a way to do a digital signature/digital certificate using a Common Access Card (CAC) for that block only, not the entire document. I do not want to sign using Insert - Signature Line, I need the actual CAC digital signature/digital certificate.
