If you are deploying an application to a Windows host then the package DDLs should be in the main project's bin folder. The build process copies the DLLs.

Will I use Visual studio to do that? Because I already have one site which I hosted, and all what I did was to copy my files to the root directory in my Plesk windows server account. -

2022-12-07T18:56:14.137+00:00 It depends on the unknow project type you're uploading. Keep in mind, you tagged this question as DHCP and Web Pages. This is certainly not a DHCP question and other post indicate you're working on a Web Forms project.
Let's assume Web Forms. Web Forms comes in two flavors, Web Site and Web Application. For a Web Application, only the bin folder and markup, static files, and config files are deployed. If you are not sure what built files are required, then use the Visual Studio's "Publish" (right click the project and select publish) feature to deploy the application to a local folder on your development system. Copy the locally deployed files to your host.

I used the word "copy" because that is the word you used! all what I did was to copy my files to the root directory in my Plesk windows server account.
The concept is very simply. Use the Visual studio publish feature to publish the web application to a folder on your development system. The files and folders in the local folder are all file needed to make the application function on the host. All you have to do is get the files and folder from the local folder to your host.
As it stands, when I use the "publish" function to publish my website, will it affect the already existing files and folders that I have on the Plesk server?
