Microsoft Windows Server 2016 (Windows 10) - Version 1607 - OS Build 14393.5501

I am trying to see the contents of my external NAS (Network Attached Storage) hard drive on my Windows Server 2016 operating system, but the drive is not showing up in This PC. Only the internal hard drive is showing up. The NAS drive is operating.

Online sources I have found say that I have to turn on certain features through Turn on Windows features on or off to see the hard drive in This PC. But when I click on Turn on Windows features on or off, it opens up Server Manager's Add Roles and Features wizard.

So I have to install the Turn on Windows features on or off through Server Manager. However, after the instructions I have read, it is unclear of what exactly I need to install. Two sources said I have to install Web Server features within the Server Manager wizard, but they don't say exactly what I need to install to enable Turn on Windows features on or off.

The list of features within the Web Server option does not have Turn on Windows features on or off listed.
