We recently setup intune and we have enrolled android devices for corporate management by tapping the start screen to launch the qr code reader. First time with google pixel device which apparently doesn't work the same way. Need to know how to do above process on a google pixel in order to do a corporate managed enrollment.

Thanks

@James Toews Thanks for posting in our Q&A.

For this issue, we appreciate your help to clarify something:

    1. Which enrollment method did you use to enroll this Google Pixel device? Android enrollment methods are listed in the following article:
      https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/intune/enrollment/android-enroll
    2. Which is the version of this device?
    3. Please make sure the Azure AD account you used to enroll this device has an intune license.
    4. Please check if there is any error message in Troubleshooting + support > select the target user > Enrollment failures in intune portal.
    5. If possible, please shows the screen shot about enrollment restriction settings in Devices > Enroll devices > Enrollment restrictions > Device type restrictions.

If there is anything update, feel free to let us know.
