Can I get a kiosk to have more than one tab?

I'm setting up a kiosk as a public browser, but need to have three pre determined tabs for the three websites that the user would need to access and can't figure out how to do this. I can enter a URL, but it won’t let me add it to favorites and the favorites bar doesn’t show. I would preferably like to have the three tabs so the user can just click on the one they want. Is this possible?

    Hi @Robert Palubicki

    You can try the following steps to open multiple tabs in Edge kiosk mode with assigned access:

    1. You should be able to use multiple tabs in kiosk mode only when choosing "As a public browser":
      Public browser - Runs a limited multi-tab version of Microsoft Edge

    2. Enter web sites separated by space:

    Does Ctrl+T open a new tab for you
