Copy file using GPO to Common Startup folder

I would like to copy a file to the common startup folders on my network machines using GPO. I want to place the file in "C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\StartUp" but I get a variety of different errors.

I get the following error:

Group Policy Object did not apply because it failed with error code '0x80070003 The system cannot find the path specified.' This error was suppressed.

Any suggestions on how to get this done?
