    没记错的话，MSVCP140是Microsoft C++ 2017 Redistributable里面的 ，而MSVCR120.dll是Visual C++ Redistributable Packages for Visual Studio 2013。

    你把从2013到2017所有的VC++运行库都安装好，再重启看看
