How to create a request for a certificate from a certification authority on Exchange Server 2016 CU23-Nov22SU ?

The ECP missing the wizard for creating a certificate from a certification authority.
I found only the wizard for creating a self-signed certificate.

I found the message "Functionality to Export, Import & Renew certificates and Creation & Completion of certificate request has been removed from the Exchange admin center. Instead, use cmdlets."

    You cannot use ECP to request a new certificate from a certificate authority, only EMS.
    How to use EMS to create a certificate request, please refer to the official documentation: create-ca-certificate-requests

    Why develop team remove that feature on the ECP?

    This is in order to prevent misuse of UNC paths by attackers. More details, hopefully you can find the article below helpful:
