Hello,

I have a requirement of purchasing a Form Recognizer commitment plan for volume of 40,000 pages per month. I can see on the "Commitment tier pricing" blade, options are available for 20,000, 100,000, and 500,000.

My question is, in order to get the requirement fulfilled is it possible to purchase and apply two packs of 20,000 pages per month for the same Form Recognizer endpoint?

Yes, you can purchase multiple commitment plans for the same Form Recognizer endpoint. This would allow you to use more pages per month than any single commitment plan allows. For example, if you wanted to process 40,000 pages per month, you could purchase two packs of the 20,000 page per month commitment plan and apply them to the same Form Recognizer endpoint.

To do this, you would need to create two separate Form Recognizer resources in the Azure portal, each with its own commitment plan. You would then be able to use the Form Recognizer API to submit documents for analysis to either resource.

You said "if you wanted to process 40,000 pages per month, you could purchase two packs of the 20,000 page per month commitment plan and apply them to the same Form Recognizer endpoint", how do achieve this exactly?
From the Azure Portal, I could only purchase a 20,000 pack with an auto-renew option on the first day of the next month.

Appreciate your answer. But I want both commitments packs under a same subscription for convenience. It is not possible? Any premium plan allow to do that?

I tried purchasing a commitment plan for an endpoint, and as you can see in the screenshot below, I am not able to purchase a second one (the Commitment tier drop box is grayed):

So you can only puchase one commitement plan per endpoint and per month.
