Hi All,
We have an SAP application that uses SMTP Relay to Exchange Server and from send connector Exchange Server we use smart host to our MX which is in 365.
We have a problem where when we send a relay email from SAP for the Display Name it does not match the configuration that we do, but for the Display Name it follows the Display Name of the email address that we use to send the email. Here's the capture for details:
Is there a miss configuration that we have not yet done from the receive or send connector side?

Does this contact exist in Exchange and what is its display name?

The display name is JKT-ERP Notification, and this is not contact but Mail-Group.
Our Exchange Server is not configured as Hybrid with 365.
so that doesnt match what you have set in SAP? Recipients see "JKT-ERP Notification" instead?

Sorry I was wrong in explaining it, currently when the recipients receive the emails, they will see the Display Name based on the configuration in SAP (SAPHR Administrator).
Our goals is when the recipients receive the emails, they will see the display name of the sender (JKT-ERP Notification).
