Can't access the royalty and supplier site

Hi!
We have an issue with Azure or/and Microsoft account:
- We have 2 different companies registered in Microsoft partner:admin@.net and sales@.net
- We created Azure AD for each company: *.onmicrosoft.com and *.onmicrosoft.com. In each of them we added an external account with global administrator rights tied to ivan@.net mail. But I can't get into the SupplierWeb Microsoft site. It gives me an error:
It gives this error: AADSTS50020: User account 'ivan@*.net' from identity provider 'live.com' does not exist in tenant 'Microsoft' and cannot access the application '8fe5b8e9-cf1a-4032-a8c2-cc4b12c489a0'(Microsoft SupplierWeb) in that tenant.
But we don't have enterprise applications with this name or ID in our accounts, so we can't give access rights to it for ******@8floor.net. We also do not have access to the "Microsoft" tenant.
The same goes for the royalty site.
- we never had access to royalties for company registered under e-mail admin@.net and sales@.net
No one in our company can figure out how to solve this. Including in our IT department. We need someone on Microsoft's side to handle these issues. We've already spent 3 full days trying to figure it out.
We wrote to support at the post, but for 3 days there is no answer.
PS We also tried using the Microsoft Payment Central, but got errors everywhere:
- ivan@***.net - Your invitation to sign up for the Payment Center and fill out data has expired. Please contact your sponsor at Microsoft to submit a new application if you still need to do so.
- admin@***.net - An internal server error has occurred. Please provide the following tracking identification code to the technical support team: 944643ad-4490-43d9-a443-ea9139b4b97e
- sales@***.net - An internal server error has occurred. Please provide the following Tracking ID to the Technical Support Team: 061aa876-8673-4343-bfac-38eff12f2776
