I am just trying to set up One Drive Sync Reports. I have opened a ticket with Microsoft 365 support, but they have redirected me to Azure support. I do not have Azure support currently. The engineer that I have opened a ticket with will not help me further until I can log on at https://clients.config.office.net. When I try to log in there I am getting a URI mismatch. When I try to find the application in Azure it only appears under where you register Enterprise Applications. But I cannot for the life of me figure out how to register it or configure any kind of reply URI. I have searched high and low for information about my issue, but I cannot find anything that is helpful.

The URL for the Apps admin center, where you will find the OneDrive Sync reports is https://config.office.com/, not the one you used above. Here's also the direct link to the reports section: https://config.office.com/officeSettings/onedrive
Note the last requirements. The engineer told me that if I cannot login at that URL he cannot assist me with setting up the reports further.
Requirements
Before getting started, be sure that you're familiar with the requirements needed to access the dashboard:
OneDrive sync apps on the Insiders or Production ring. Devices on the Deferred ring aren't eligible for the preview. Set the sync app update ring.
OneDrive sync app version 22.230 or later for Windows and macOS.
Global Administrator, Office Apps Administrator or Microsoft 365 Administrator role access is required to enable and set up the dashboard for your organization. After the feature is enabled by one of these roles, one can also view the dashboard using Global reader or Reports reader access. To learn more about administrator roles and permissions in Microsoft 365, visit About Admin Roles.
Devices in your organization should allow connections to https://clients.config.office.net

My question was a little confusing. I know the URL to access the dashboard. It is the last requirement for One Drive Sync Reports that the engineer is saying we cannot continue troubleshooting because when I attempt to access that URL I get a URI mismatch error. When I go through the setup my devices are not associating with the tenant properly. The engineer says it is because I cannot log in at that URL.
That endpoint needs to be allowed through your firewall so that the client can communicate with the backend service. It's not for you to login directly.
