Firstly, this question is not azure-arc related so I will be removing this tag.
Secondly, as the issue is related to Microsoft Remote Desktop app, I would click on publisher info at the bottom of the same reference and then as "support" option is routing to send an email to "rdwinfbk@microsoft.com" so I would do it or else as "website" option is routing to this GitHub repo so I would raise an issue in it. Hope these inputs helps!
