Remote Desktop does nothing after I click OK

I'm trying to connect to my server using remote desktop. It pops up asking for my username and password. Once I enter it and click OK, nothing happens. The window just stays there.
I played around and tried to see what happened if I didn't put a password hoping I can get an access denied of some sort, but nothing happens either.
I know its connecting to the server, otherwise it won't be asking me to authenticate. I also did try putting a fake server name and it does error out, so I know it connects.

We have started using RDCMan as it still works weirdly enough but I can't find anything in the logs to tell me why this is happening.
