Please help me setting up a clientwebsocket with tls 1.3 (I have that working) and cipher suites which openssl support.
Trying to connect to a server with these requirements.
Unfortunately, so far there seems no way with windows tools from what i've seen. Windows tries to do an apple and block completely off. .net 7 on linux uses openssl (YEHY)
