I have two domain controller dc-01 and adc. I have attached one exter disk and share folder & redirected user folder on dc-01.
I have deploy share folder with group policy. i have taken share folder registery backup.
After few month dc01 is crassed and i have perform metadata cleaup and remove every dc01 enter. I have promoted one new DC (pdc) and restore dc01 file share registory backup.
now issue is if user trying to access \dc01 still share folder showing even server is not existing.
I need help on to fix the isse.

I have re-shared it and new share path is \pdc\share but still showing old share \dc-01\share on client machine even server is not exist
