Hello

Please i need your help on this issue.

We received a message that we no longer have audio conferencing, and it shows we have 575 available but no one assigned.

Please i would like to know what has changed?

    Hi @Iniobong Nkanga
The purchase and assignment of licenses requires an administrator to take action in the admin center. Based on your description, please check that you have Communications Credits set up.

If you don't set up communications credits and your organization run out of minutes, those users won't be able to make calls or dial out of Audio-Conferencing meetings. Also, if you have

Audio Conferencing pay-per-minute licenses, you must also assign Communications Credit licenses separately to each user.

With Audio Conferencing licenses, you only need to set up Audio Conferencing for the people who plan to schedule or host meetings. Meeting attendees who call into the meeting don't need

to be assigned any licenses or additional settings. For details on Audio Conferencing, refer to: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/set-up-audio-conferencing-in-teams
