Images are not avaialabe for other users in sharepoint classic page

My master page contains a logo and another image. Only me can see those images. I gave my colleague a permission (contribute) but she can't see the images, they are shown for her as a blank images. and when she tries to see the properties to open the image in a new window, It returns the following message:
"This link is only available to internal users".
Already I gave the external users a permission to access the site. But why they can't see the images?
How to solve this issue?

    HI @Gulnar ,

    Make sure you have published the master page as major version after editing and saving.

    If possible, please provide more information about how you edited the master page so that I could test it on my own.
