How to create a windows container with MongoDB server running inside the container parallely with Visual Studio Unit Test project in Azure DevOps pipeline?

I want to create a windows based docker container with MongoDB server and vstest test cases running in the container. Can someone please help me with the Azure DevOps YAML configuration to achieve the same?
