How to create both top and left navigation menu in modern site?

I want to create top and left navigation menu in modern hub site so that it should be accessible to all sub sites. If someone choose menu item from top navigation then based on that left navigation menu should change or show items. I also want to enhance the default color, style, look and feel of both the top navigation menu and left navigation menu.

I know we can create either top navigation menu or left navigation menu using 'Change the look' from Settings but do not know how to create it at both top and left. Could you please let me know how to achieve this?

    Hi @Shailesh Jaiswal ,
According to my research, SPFx extension is indeed a better way.
And, the package ( menhttps://github.com/tom-daly/spfx-side-navigation ) work on modern team sites and all browsers (Chrome, FireFox, Edge).

    Hi @Shailesh Jaiswal ,
According to my research and testing, as a hub site owner, I can see the navigation both of top and left automatically and edit the navigation.

Or in hub site, click Site Settings-->Navigation (Under look and feel Section), then you can go to the follow interface to set your navigation.
