I have files and folder that I need to share outside of my organization. When I select copy folder to One Drive then try to share the folder to someone outside of my organization, it's greyed out. I am trying to figure out how to fix this issue.

I am the IT administrator. I checked the admin Sharepoint and everything is to allow. Just on Teams when they create a shortcut to their One Drive it is not allowing them to share the folder outside of the organization
@Vasil Michev I am currently their IT Administrator. When I looked at that article its for Sharepoint and OneDrive. I have checked the policies in both and everything is correct. When it comes to the file or folder starting off in Teams that's when I have the issue that it's not allowed to share outside of organization. Unless Microsoft send out a policy that has stop this from happening. I spoke with the user and they were able to share this before.
Teams is a different story, you cannot share an item anonymously if it's part of a Team's OneDrive.
