Skype response group voicemail

I am working with on-prem Skype for Business 2015 integrated with exchange on-prem

I have a requirement to create an IVR flow so only 1 DDI being used for the workflow. There are 4 departments to choose from which forward to 4 corresponding queues and a timeout of 30 seconds that each department want a separate voicemail for.

I have created a user in exchange for the 4 voicemail accounts but can only enable UM for the first department as the extension will already be assigned when I try to do it on the second account.

I would just create a workflow for each department to get round the issue but wanted to know if there was any other way to do what I am trying to achieve to save me wasting DDI's and creating unused workflows?

    Can we understand that each department corresponds to a different queue?

    Do you mean you create different IVR workflow for different departments?

    Based on my knowledge, you can use IVR to obtain information from callers and direct the call to the appropriate queue. For more details about how to create interactive workflow by using Response group Tool, you can refer to:
