Combo box keep resetting when editing data from combolist

Question

I have a userform with a combobox with a combolist where I can edit data entries.

As soon as I change the date with (date selection click) as per image -" Screenshot 2" the combobox rest to "" (as per image screenshot 3) before I even pressed update, how can I prevent that from happening.

See screenshot 4 and 5 for the coding!!

Delete this procedure

or rebuild it using in Update button.
