I use Application insights availability - SLA Report for having my web application uptime (but it's only simple web check from other locations), so I was wondering is there any method in Azure, that can help to have SLA report (pdf or another approach) for my all resources, which I use under my application (Azure SQL manage instance, web app ,storage,vm ...etc) ?

Regarding your query of having a report for uptime of Azure services. To my understanding we don't have that kind of report available, we do our best to meet the SLA's documented for each of Azure services . However in case of any service not meeting the SLA there is service credit based on monthly uptime percentage, you can find the details on the SLA documentation shared earlier.

To get the latest Azure service health, please review here, you can also get the availability status of a specific Azure resource by querying the REST API of resource health.

For historic Azure status, please review here.

Hope this helps. and please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions.
