Hi @Basim Alvi ,
There is no method make workflow for SharePoint Server 2019 with Power Automate Desktop without installation of Gateway. You must need gateway to complete it. The Gateway can only be installed in a Windows machine, but you could install the gateway in a machine that has access to that SharePoint over the network.
