Based on your description, I'm afraid I can't reproduce the problem. But as far as I know, there could be several reasons for this problem. If possible, please provide these details:

Are there any modifications on the server side?

What browser does this issue occur in, have you tried another browser?

Have you tried clearing your browser cache and if it worked for you?

Are there any error messages in the console of the browser's developer tools? What is the response code for the request?

Ok, thanks for the details you provided. It appears that this issue occurs intermittently and across multiple browsers. I also think that the cause of this problem is more likely to be on the server side. I suggest you check the following points to see if this helps:

Try to visit the site in Incognito/Inprivate mode of the browser to check whether the same problem exists.

Try accessing the site from another machine to see if the problem occurs.

Add logging to your application and analyze log information when problems occur.

I have the same issue. i see the chain is in complete. was this every fixed? if yes what was solution.
