One of my Visual studio project don't load giving error: project has higher verison 2.0, than the currently installed version of Microsoft Azure Service Fabric Visual Studio Tools 1.4

Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum. Did you install Microsoft Azure Service Fabric Visual Studio Tools version 1.4 manually or it was installed together with Visual Studio? If it was installed manually, please try to update it to a higher version like the error message prompted. If it was installed together with VS, could you tell us the type of this project? Besides, does this issue also appear on a newly created project?
So solve this issue, I had to update the Visual Studio 2017, Which I was using. After doing this The Get Tools and Features were available in the Tools. From there I selected the Azure development. From there Service Fabric Tools as default selected, and this way the issue was resolved. So basically the update of the Visual Studio 2017 resolved the issue.
