Customize Shared Paramater in Azure Test Plans process

Question

Hello,

we are using MS Azure TestPlans for manuel tests of our SAP migration project.
For the test cases, test plans and all other work items I am able to customize the work item in the process section.
However I am not able to customize the "shared Parameter" work item.

Can anybody explain this to me?

P.S.: We are only using Test Plans without any connection to an Visual Studio project.
