    For this issue, we appreciate your help to clarify something:

    1. Did you enroll an iOS device to intune?
    2. Please make sure that Apple MDM push certificate is configured, and status shows active in intune portal.

    3. Please check if there is another existing management profile under Settings > General > VPN & Device Management. If yes, please remove it.
    4. Please try to use 4G or 5G to do the enroll and check if it works.
