Configure TLS 1.2 for SC Orchestrator 2022?

When setting up the Sharepoint IP configuration for the first time on SC Orchestrator 2022, I am receiving the following error. "Details: The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a send." From a cursory search it seems that this is a TLS 1.2 Configuration issue. However, I have followed the instructions here and it is not resolving the issue. Does that resolution apply to SCorch 2022 since it is now 64bit? Any help is greatly appreciated.
