We are having Hybrid organization and all the mailboxes are Remote (Cloud) only.
And we are having Outbound connector with following details:-
My question here is how to disable the CMT and is there any consequences when I disable it?

You could rerun HCW to disable it:
There is no issue to disable this one. Here is information about mail flow in hybrid: Transport routing in Exchange hybrid deployments
After disable this one, Exchange online will send out emails form Exchange online directly, it will not send emails to Exchange on-premises first.

I have access to Exchange server via PowerShell only and got some codes through some articles
Will these codes work for my case?
You could run that command, but if you unfamiliar with Exchange hybrid, I would suggest you rerun HCW to disable this option.
The HCW is installed on your Exchange on-premises, you could try to find it (Microsoft Office 365 Hybrid Configuration Wizard) from your Exchange on-premises.
