Custom IP Prefix // We did the BYOIP Range "thing" and are having now trouble to use those IPs because of the wrong SKU with some Apliances

All,

we are utilizing the Custom IP Prefix function and are now facing issues with applying them to Cisco or Palo Firewall VMs because of the wrong SKU.
Any idea what needs to be done in order to have the full benefit of those BYOIPs?
