cannot download xbox app on pc

i really need help

im trying to download the xbox app on pc but it wont work (windows 11) bc it says i have a month of free game pass that comes with my pc

essentially, i've reset/repaired my store, i've tried to reset the microsoft store, i've watched multiple tutorials and i don't know what to do.

how do i fix this problem, i can't find a workaround, thanks (the xbox APP specifically isn't working)

edit: i also tried downloading the xbox app from the download site but that doesn't work either
