Fraudulent Account

I have begun receiving emails purporting to be from Microsoft advising that my Azure account was disabled because payment was denied by my financial institution. I assumed the emails were a phishing scam, since I never created an Azure account and don't really know what it is. Yet the Microsoft billing emails persisted. So I logged into this portal using my business address and discovered that an account was created in my name on Oct. 10 and secured with an American Express card ending in 6007 in the name of Mary Nash. That is not my name, and I have no such card. See relevant screenshots, which I uploaded below. Please close this account and reverse the charges.

This is the method you'll need to use. Billing issues cannot be resolved in forums. You could also try Azure Support (@AzureSupport) · Twitter

This isn't relevant. I don't know who "them" is, so I can't report them. I need Microsoft to cancel this account and reverse the charges.

OK, but that is only half the problem. Microsoft claims I owe $279.68. I am not responsible for that amount and don't want this bill to go to collections and damage my credit rating. I need Microsoft to reverse the charge.
