Cant upgrade Function App from v2 to v4 - Linux and docker container.

Hi , I am working on upgrading Azure function app. I have change the FUNCTION_EXTENSTION_VERSION to ~4. Restarted it already but still in v2. Trying to update the LinuxFxversion but it is pointed to a docker container.
