Connection stopped after login

Hi,
I configured UVNC server on my WS2012 and the viewer on my W10 PC.
I successfully reach it using a DynamicDNS and 5900 port.
When I'm asked to login by windows (not by VNC, I can proceed after this step), I enter credentials, press enter and then the program freezes.
Do you have any explanation? I think the problem is in how WS2012 manages connections.
Using RD tabs I have no problem

In general, we can check Event Viewer and try to find crash relate error event -> reproduce the problem and find relate error event based on error happens time. It may provide us more information for further troubleshooting.
Besides, if crashing problem only happens when using specific application, please make sure that your application is compatible with current OS version. And update/patch the application fully if possible.
