SSRS Bing Maps not Appearing

Question

I am using SSRS with SQL Server 2019. I was previously able to generate reports with a Bing Map layer in the background but at some point in the last few days I started getting an error that says "The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a send." I haven't changed anything in the reports between when it worked and when it stopped working so I'm not sure why it is giving me this error.

Please reach out to the Bing Maps Enterprise support team here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/maps/support .
They will be able to look deeper into this issue and keep you updated on the progress. Click the option under "Enterprise support", that should have you create a support ticket.
