Visio 2016 (.vsdx) Cannot Open Visio 2003-2010 versions (.vsd)

I am attempting to open Visio 2003-2010 (.vsd) versions in Visio 2016 (.vsdx) but I keep getting an error.

I have updated my settings as suggested.

I have also attempted to follow the instructions in this post. But I don't seem to have the options that are stated.

Please let me know what I need to do to convert these documents to Visio 2016 (.vsdx) or at least open them.
