why does my task managar close and my start menu dont open?

i hit a bind that does this not sure what bind it was tried to recreate it but nothing happens. i cant do anything with it.

Well... seems weird... since I dont know what happened...
try pressing your "Windows key" on keyboard - located next to left Alt

try pressing Alt + Ctrl+Del
than click on Task manager
than click on "New Task" and write there explorer.exe
that should renew your session

or "Sign out" or "Switch user" or "Lock" in that menu before.

that should work.

this behavior may happen when user locks windows itself from accessing system disk.

let me know if the solution worked,
