How to add my product to "Add a Place" in Office365 desktop apps

We produce a storage product similar to OneDrive or DropBox. We've implemented most of the WOPI protocol, have an on-premise Office Online Server setup, and integration with online Office apps (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) seems to work great. We can create, view, edit, rename, save, and do co-authoring without any problems.

We'd like to get some level of integration with Office365 desktop apps as well. I understand that full co-authoring would require us to implement the FSSHTTP protocol. What about "Add a Place" in the File Open/Save menus? How would we get our product to show up there? Thanks,

Jerry

    Thanks @Emily Hua-MSFT , I saw those links. They only seem to apply to older versions of Office. I tried adding the appropriate reg keys following the instructions there, and couldn't get anything to show up in my Office365 subscription.

    @Jerry Shea ,

    There is a link "Integrating additional cloud storage services in Office 2013" to download a documentation, but I don't find any related documents for other versions of Office, maybe you could have a try.
    Choose a test machine, sync cloud storage service to a local folder, then register the cloud storage service.

    Besides, here is an article "How to Add Dropbox (and other cloud services) to Office 2013", there are some scripts, which are said applied to Office 2013 and Office 2016.

    (Please Note: Since the web site is not hosted by Microsoft, the link may change without notice. Microsoft does not guarantee the accuracy of this information.)

    Hope the information could be helpful.
