Unable to access file share PC on Windows 11 HOME LAN

We have a 3 computer LAN (Windows 10 HOME and one Windows 11 Home). Machines are 192.168.1.75, 192.168.1.110, 192.168.1.159.

.75 is the file host machine and has been working well. We added a new machine (159, Windows 11 HOME). We can ping 110 from 159. But we cannot ping 75. Destination host unreachable. 75 can ping 110 but not 159 (again, destination host unreachable).

The Windows firewall has been disabled on all machines. All machines have internet access and can access the network printer.

TRACERT from 75 to 159 or vice versa comes back with "destination host unreachable". I have removed the password requirement on the network settings to access file shares, which was the way it has been befor 159 was added.

I have NO clue what is blocking communication! There are no software firewalls other than Windows and that was disabled.

    3. Please check All computers connected to same LAN Switch or connected with same VLAN.
    4. Try to Disable IPv6 from all computers from Network Adapter properties.
