We have send some emails to external users....we want to check the message headers of those emails without asking the end users. How we can get those headers from our tenant.

An Admin can look at headers via the Explorer menu in Defender:https://security.microsoft.com/threatexplorer
However, you arent going to see the headers of messages sent from your tenant to an external recipient. Only the recipient is going to see that.
