Could not start emulator using Host GPU Mode

Hi
I am trying to start the emulator but it shows the error "Please check if you can update your video driver. If it doesn't help, try to Edit the AVD and set "hw.gpu.mode=off"."
I disabled HAXM aturned the "hw.gpu.mode=off" but no success.
Environment:
Windows 11
Intel(R) Iris(R) Xe Graphics
Visual Studion 2022
Android 13.0 API 33
Android SDK Platform 33
