Hello,
on the network where the Synology device is connected, can you ping the DNS servers for the ADDS domain?
This browser is no longer supported.
Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
I am trying to set up a connection between Azure and Synology as per article: https://kb.synology.com/en-uk/DSM/tutorial/How_to_join_NAS_to_Azure_AD_Domain
Even after I created the Azure AD DS and is running without any health issues, when trying to domain join the Synology NAS, I get an error saying that is Unable to resolve the domain name.
Context: my domain is from GoDaddy and the DNS are managed in GoDaddy.
The domain is already verified with Azure from 2 years, as is the primary email domain for O365 portal.
How can I resolve this, as I have no idea why is doing this issue.

Hi,
Seems like a Domain Name resolution issue, can you follow this link as it is similar steps but high level incase you might have missed an option. So have you enabled SSO on the tenant and approved the Synology App permissions? how-to-implement-an-sso-solution-on-synology-nas-with-microsoft-azure-ad-domain-services
Check AAD Authentication logs in the portal you should be able to narrow the issue.
Hope this helps.
